How are tires made? This complete tire manufacturing process guide reveals every step in our factory. We supply truck tires, OTR tires, passenger car tires, and agricultural tires with DOT, ECE, and CCC approval.
Step 1 – Compounding: Rubber is mixed with carbon black, sulfur, and additives for maximum durability, heat resistance, and grip. Custom compounds support OEM/ODM needs.
Step 2 – Calendering: Steel or polyester cords are coated with rubber to form strong belts and plies. This creates the structural strength for heavy loads and high-speed stability.
Step 3 – Bead making: High-tensile steel wire is shaped into stiff beads that lock the tire onto the rim and ensure an airtight seal.
Step 4 – Building: A tire assembly machine combines the inner liner, plies, belts, tread, and sidewall into a green tire.
Step 5 – Curing: The green tire is placed in a curing press under heat and pressure. Vulcanization fuses all layers and imprints the tread pattern and sidewall markings.
Step 6 – Inspection: X-ray, balance, and visual checks guarantee zero defects. Every radial tire passes strict quality control before shipping.
As a factory direct tire manufacturer, we offer OEM/ODM service, custom tread designs, and bulk supply. Our tires deliver wear resistance, load capacity, quiet operation, and anti-skid performance. Contact us for wholesale pricing.
